i have these from sealed kits and a few with light use.......this one has had some use.. light use........still fires like new. few light marks on the cap and light scuffs around the device..seen mainly with magnification .SCUFFS TO THE RIGHT OF THE DELICA WORD CAN BE SEEN W/O MAGNIFICATION AND SOME OTHERS WITH GLARE OF LIGHT....works as it should.....cleaned with bleach and alcohol.....it uses one touch delica & delica plus lancets ........ open package with 7 delica lancets included........30g..... shelf date of 5/21......
